We finally found someone that spoke a little English that knew about the hotel but it was in a different village! When we arrived the hotel was closed and appeared to have been closed for a long time. Fortunately, we met someone that took us to another hotel in the same village."

"While nothing is “normal” during COVID, Le Onde resort did a great job of making us feel like we were actually getting away. The seemingly paired down staff were very attentive, accommodating, and friendly. We chose Le Onde for the location (near the hot springs, towns, lake bolsena), and because it had a restaurant (there are currently restrictions on evening dining).
