"We had a great stay here, but it's probably geared towards younger customers. It's half a student hostel and half hotel. The staff are all lovely - really welcoming energy and provided many good tips for the area and places to see. It's really easy to get to from the central station or the HS station. "We've stayed at a lot of hotels, this one was one of the better ones! Really comfortable bed, and great bathroom with an incredible rainfall showerhead. Lovely and quiet area with plenty of great places to eat and a supermarket close by as well. Really easy to get to via the trams. The room was perhaps a tad on the small size, bit it didn't bother us at all. Would very happily stay here again!"

"Wanted a flatter pillow,as the ones provided were to high for my head and neck,but reception said that the hotel only had the type of pillow provided. Perhaps acquiring a few flatter pillows would be a great help to those with neck problems, otherwise a fantastic stay and excellent breakfasts . Please advise how to get onto your loyalty system.
