"The hotel is relatively new and is in a newly developed area of Shenzhen. There is not too many eateries or shops within walking distance of the hotel. Due to its location in a newly developed area, it is not bothered by city noises and the air is fresh. The only thing not to be recommended is the dinner meal in the restaurant of the hotel. Breakfast is fine. Dinner is just downright aweful."

"The first room they put us in had a bad smell, it was dark and it was noisy at night… we could hear banging (like with a hammer) and dragging sounds. It sounded like renovation work going on. When we complained about it on the second night (and even recorded the noise for them to listen to), and after they sent an employee up to our room to listen, they kept trying to tell us that the noise was from the KTV four floors below us.
