"The hot spring is the main reason I booked this hotel for. Unfortunately, we were told on arrival that the hotspring for women were not available. There are plenty of choices cheaper than this hotel if no hot spring provided. I should have choose other hotel if I know hot spring is not available. "It's too bad the hotel was in such bad shape! We were looking forward to some rest and relaxation. The Onsen main bath was closed due to maintenance so men and women had to take turns using the other bath. Asking about nearby restaurants for dinner because hotel's dinner was only available with reservations, front desk clerk clearly told us there were only izakayas, bars, available nearby. There was a wonderful hotel restaurant around the corner for dinner that included access to the onset...
