"The hotel is fine in every aspect apart from the squeaky heating pump! It's in quite an industrial/office area but the 17 tram (about 150 meters away) will take you right into Rijswijk and Central Dern Haag. Probably the best hotel bed I have ever slept in. The staff at Bastion are very friendly and helpful!"

"This is not your average hotel stay. The property is made up of a handful of funky rooms, each with a specific theme. Some have a shared bathroom, but we reserved the Coo-coo clock upstairs room with a private bathroom. Suffice to say, this is not for families or for those with heavy luggage. There are stairs, lots of them, so be prepared. Once we made it to the room, we noticed that it had no television. Oh the horror!
