"We really liked our room in Delft. High up on the tenth floor, we had a wonderful view. The room was clean and well equipped. The hotel seemed understaffed at times. Our room didn’t get cleaned one day, so we had to go down to request some fresh towels. The woman working at the coffee bar was kind enough to bring them up when she had time.
