"Staff was very friendly and accommodating. You have to pay to park even if youre staying at the hotel which i found odd, but it was $15 a day. Many food and activity options available in the hotel. They werent great at advertising though because i didnt even know there was a ropes course until we got home and i had to call them. "The location was great for getting to all the areas we love in NW michigan and the resort property itself is AMAZING as always - but the condo is dated, should offer more linens for the stay due to the fact that there is no washing/drying machine available. Just didn't get a good "clean at home" kind of feeling - the vent when you enter good use a good wipe down. It's the first thing you see! "

"We had a wonderful stay this past weekend. The house is beautiful and very clean and it’s such a peaceful area. There was plenty of room for myself, my husband, and our two teen boys. The kids loved it and we had a great time just hanging out and playing foosball in the basement. This place was also close to all the adventures of Traverse City which was a huge bonus."

"Plenty of space and beds. One of the sofas lay down into a bed. Nice shower! Only thing that wasn’t even a big deal because we stayed so busy is the “game room” was a big empty basement with a few bored games. There were also men in a truck next store that just stay in the truck that made me uneasy as I had kids with me. "
