"When we checked in noone in the reception told us that there is no hot water in the hotel. Noone informed us about the problem and what they can offer us to solve the problem (offer other hotel, for example). We talked with other guests, and they told us that there is no hot water already from the day before. So in my check-in they already new that. We had no shower for 2 days. "It’s a decent place and I suppose you get what you pay for staff for really friendly came back late and wasn’t sure how to get back in as the there’s no key for the front door I didn’t realise you had to press the buzzer no sign and it was a little dark down there but apart from that the room was decent and staff were really nice and friendly "

Property and facilities inside are perfect as well, only the outer face of the hotel from the beach-view looks a bit like "need to be renovated".
