"This is quaintly described as a cottage on a hill but it was actually a very large villa in lovely grounds, with the most fantastic big pool with a glorious view, close to Pesaro and the motorway network, yet felt wonderfully remote! Lots of room for 10 (we were 6) and very secure and private with excellent air conditioning."

Nestled in old world Italy, surrounded by quaint countryside towns, we found the area to be iconically surreal. Although our trip was marred with climactic tragedy, the one bright spot of our travel through the Emilia Romagna was staying in the beautiful hilltop villa of Le Orchidee. "The Villa is a wonderful place to stay. It’s set in the beautiful Italian countryside and is completely private with gorgeous views. The pool and hot tub are fantastic- sitting in the tub looking at the hills or stars is magical. The house is well equipped, spacious and with lots to do. The covered patio is perfect for sheltering from the sun and eating meals outside. We would highly recommend. (It is just quite a basic steep road to approach the place, but definitely worth the effort!)"

"Das Haus steht auf einem riesigen Grundstück. Der 180°-Blick auf Pesaro und das Meer ist toll. Was man in der Beschreibung des Anbieters aber sagen sollte, ist dass man die Autobahn je nach Windrichtung deutlich hört. Die Ausstattung ist verbesserungswürdig: Die Kaffeemaschine ist sehr einfach, es fehlen einige Küchenutensilien, im Wohnzimmer stehen zwar Boxen und es sind CD´s vorhanden, es fehlt aber eine Stereoanlage, im TV konnten wir keine deutschen Programme finden. "Wer eine ruhige Umgebung liebt, ist hier gut aufgehoben! Antonella ist eine tolle Gastgeberin, die sich sehr schnell um alles kümmert und immer gut erreichbar ist. Das Haus ist rustikal im ländlichen Stil. Wir und unser Hund haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!"

"War alles gut! Die Küche ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber es war alles vorhanden. Wer absolute Ruhe braucht, ist in dieser Unterkunft genau richtig."

"Sehr schönes, sauberes und gepflegtes Haus. Es ist sehr schön etwas Abseits vom Zentrum gelegen und das Grundstück ist riesig und komplett eingezäunt. Der tolle und wirklich große Pool wird täglich gereinigt. Leider hatten wir zum Zeitpunkt unseres Urlaubs starke Probleme mit Moskitos welche unseren Urlaubsspaß etwas gedämpft haben. Die Sitzmöglichkeiten im Außenbereich könnten auch etwas bequemer sein. Alles in allem aber ein sehr schönes und gepflegtes Haus."
