"Property was very clean with kind and helpful staff who helped carry our heavy luggage up the stairs and even ran our dishes in the dishwasher for us. Breakfast service was great with many options. It was a little hard to sleep on hot nights (visited in August) since the neighborhood was too noisy to keep the windows open, but I guess that is what happens when you choose a convenient city center location sometimes. "The staff are fantastic. However, the room was small, no coffee or tea in rooms although there is a machine in the hall by the main door - not convenientat all. No water glass, no shampoo or conditioner. Just really basic. There is a fridge but it was turned off on arrival and take several hours to cool. The rooms are clean and the beds and pillows very comfortable."

"GPS took us to the wrong location, not the hotels’ fault, but it was harder to find than expected. The biggest issue we had is the shower had a floor to ceiling window to the outside. It was frosted, but it made showering uncomfortable. Also the elevator was interesting. It was almost like it was a warehouse lift for pallets."
