"It was better than expected! The room was more like a studio apartment with a separate bedroom and living area, whic consisted of a couch, sink, 2 burner stove, oven, microwave, small refrigerator, and dishes silverware and pots and pans. We had a corner room on the 22nd floor with a spectacular view of the city. Breakfast was quite adequate, cosisting of cereal, fruit, yogurt, various cheeses and coldcuts, scrambled eggs, and bread and rolls with a toaster. The only real complaint we had was the shower, which was in a small bathtub with a high side to climb in and out of, and the tub was very slippery. "

"The place is great for those who needs easy access to the airport, cause there are NONE walkable dining options nearby as it's an industrial area. On the other way, the staff is very kind and helpful, having provided us a great pack of to-go snacks, fruits and drinks as we checked-out very early (before the hotel´s breakfast service)."

"The building is a little dated, but they have the necessary amenities. The people are very helpful and friendly, including being very patient while i attempted to use google translate as my spanish is not great. The breakfast is decent, not much variety but seems pretty standard from what i noticed re breakfast in other places in Chile. The beds are a little soft, but not unbearably so (my personal preference is hard mattresses so it might be the bed is perfect for you). A lot of street noise, but the city was loud everywhere i went so the hotel cannot help this! We had a room on the 2nd floor which was very spacious, but there was no lift. It was in Downtown, and we walked most places in 15 to 60 minutes depending on the venue location. Overall i would highly recommend."
