"Really enjoyed our 2 night stay. The hotel staff were exceptional and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. The rooms clean and quiet. We were very close to the historical district and metro. They arranged a taxi to the airport for us. The only thing that confused us was when we arrived there was just a small sign and 2 locked wooden doors. We figured out that there was a doorbell and learned that we would have to give the staff the key to our room anytime we left and ring to get back inside. It was fine but we were not really aware of this before our stay."

"This hotel must receive most of its trade from travellers between flights - it certainly is not in an attractive tourist area - the area being dominated by businesses and heavy traffic. That said it is probably the best near-airport hotel we have stayed in. It has an all-day and reliable airport shuttle, modern large rooms, good 24 hour restaurant, gym and pool. The staff are helpful and were happy to accommodate us despite arriving way before formal check-in time (we arrived at noon). We could not want for better on a one night stay between flights. We would definitely chose it again if the need arises."

"It was close to the airport for our arrival at night and we were picked up from this location. We had no way to darken our room, but it didn’t bother us. Wonderful staff. Breakfast was fine and the coffee too. We felt safe in our room."

"Great place to stay for a few nights! The location is close to the metro station and also to some landmarks like Palacio La Moneda y Plaza de Armas. Staff was polite, breakfast included, cool backyard and Pool. There was a kitchennette very convenient and in general, a great experience. The only low point is that the zone is a little bit dangerous, mainly during the night. Always try to return before is dark. With day light by your side there is nothing to worry about."

"It was better than expected! The room was more like a studio apartment with a separate bedroom and living area, whic consisted of a couch, sink, 2 burner stove, oven, microwave, small refrigerator, and dishes silverware and pots and pans. We had a corner room on the 22nd floor with a spectacular view of the city. Breakfast was quite adequate, cosisting of cereal, fruit, yogurt, various cheeses and coldcuts, scrambled eggs, and bread and rolls with a toaster. The only real complaint we had was the shower, which was in a small bathtub with a high side to climb in and out of, and the tub was very slippery. "
