"Generally fine, although I tried to ask many times and our booking was for 4, there was not an extra bed on arrival. However this was quickly resolved as they added a bed. We were the only people at breakfast the next morning and the lady was very nice. 8 particularly liked Vegetarian breakfast with veggie haggis!"

"Friendly, helpful and very polite staff. Comfortable bed and spacious en suite room. Plenty of clean towels and toiletries.Tea and coffee making in room. Quiet room, clean and warm. Good choices for breakast and highly recommend the Shimla for a great curry. Plenty of hangers but only had coat hooks for hanging items. Easy walking distance for Perth city centre and walks beside the Tay."

"My parents had a lovely stay at the hotel. I had booked for my Mum's 70th birthday. They found the hotel staff very welcoming and very accommodating. The room was very comfortable and the cleanliness was of a very high standard throughout the hotel. They had a lovely evening meal as well as a nice breakfast. Thank you for making their stay enjoyable and they would definitely like to come again."
