"We wanted the light in our room to be shut off but it was a difficult task since the light was set to Shabbat mode. Unfortunately, we had the light on the whole evening and we couldn't sleep. We went and complained to the reception desk. As a courtesy, Yazen Atrash offered our family lunch which was an incredible experience. "Always an enjoyable stay! The staff are the best part of staying here. They are unfailingly kind, helpful, patient and friendly. Location is unbeatable, and easy walk to Salah al Din and the Old City. The only (slight) disappointment was breakfast. There are not enough fresh and healthy options available. Brewed coffee and hot tea are included. But espresso drinks (lattes, Americano, cappucino,) are extra and expensive. Great people, and always a nice experience. We will be back!"
