"We stay here fairly often and always have a relaxing and comfortable stay. This is the first time we have noticed anything being unclean. There were multiple hairs on the bathroom floor, back of the toilet and bathroom counter. I just wiped them up with wet tissue. Everything else was good. "

"Great stay again but the parking lot and sidewalks around the building were pure ice and it was hard to get around without falling. No salt or sand was put down. Room was a new updated room but the wall behind the bed had marks all over it and we did notice that it wasnā€™t cleaned the best. "
