"Hotel was nice and in close proximity to airport. Airport transfer is offered too but I did not have a good experience with the driver who came to pick me up at the airport and communication with staff was not great. I was referred to 2 other people before reaching the actual driver who picked me up 1 hour later, after a long journey. It was very upsetting. "Reliable hot water and cold AC made the stay very comfortable. The in-room safe didn’t work but not a deal-breaker. No AC or fan running in common areas (ie. Lobby) although the machines are standing there. Same for restaurant, although they did turn them on as soon as I sat down for breakfast and cooled quickly, so maybe that’s a plus for eco-conservation! "
