"Nice property & amazing polite staff. 4 stars because I checked in on a Sunday for my sons birthday at check in time which is 3pm and the pool was closed. I do not think that is fair if you are only staying until check out the next morning. Then the following day on Monday the pool did not open until 5pm in the evening. I did not see this information listed anywhere and caused me a big inconvenience. I stood for two nights and only had approximately 4hrs pool time."

"I chose this specific property for my daughter's birthday because of the spa. When I arrived there was a women's congregation going on so I understand that the hotel was busy, no problem. I tried to setup a spa treatment for my daughter and no one answered the phone so I went to the floor of the spa and to find the gates pulled down and no one there. In the hallway on the table there was a sign for assistance and I had to scan the QR code to set-up or get info but all it gave me was a telephone...
