"It is a budget hotel, so we got what we paid for. The staff were lovely and luckily it has underground parking which is invaluable in Rouen. Walking distance to the cathedral, and bars and restaurants."

"From the initial contact at reception for booking in with a welcoming friendly greeting, to checking out after a restful, quiet and comfortable stay, it's been a pleasant overnight stop off on our journey through France to the UK. Ideally located just off the motorway, but it's very quiet. There are numerous places to eat close by. We didn’t use any, but friends have frequently used them and have been happy with what they've ordered (showing your Kyriad room key wallet gets a price reduction from some businesses)."

"Excellent staff and easy check in, room was very comptable with clean bedding and great shower ( Ibis styles ) breakfast was plentiful, great choices . Easy access out of Rouen and up to Dieppe. Would recommend ! Easy straight walk about 15 mins into old town. "

"Very good value - an excellent place to stay when Rouen is an ‘on route’ stop over. The quality of hotel and staff are both high. The only downside is location. It is a little out of town and in an area of Rouen which lacks the charm of this city. However, good transport links and nearby newly built riverside restaurants make a stay here very acceptable."

"Stayed here for 2 nights as an emergency place to stay as I had mechanical problems on my bike. The staff were absolutely superb. The receptionist was delightful and very helpful making recommendations on where to visit and how to travel on the excellent, cheap and frequent bus service into town. Car park was very large and felt secure too. There is a big retail park next door which was very handy too. The bed was extremely comfortable and the pillows and bedding superb. A good hot shower and large towels were very much appreciated. Rouen is a spectacular town and 2 days was really insufficient to appreciate everything it has to offer. Would I stay here again ? Most definitely YES !"
