"This is a nice property. The shuttle bus didn’t run every 12 minutes as it said it would. I don’t think the Golden Forest rooms were anything better than a regular room. The Magic shuttle waiting spot wasn’t very clear so we almost missed it."

"This is a basic hotel thst offers a family suite with a kitchenette, so great for families, especially those going to Disney Paris. The RER A train station is about a 1-block walk, and costs $4 each way to go 3 stops to Disney. The Disney Parks are right outside the train station, so no extra bus, tram, or ferry rides required. Breakfast at the hotel is adequate with plentiful coffee. B'fast ends promptly at 10 so don't expect coffee after that. After having in-room laundry at another...

"Poor service. We checked in at 10.30 pm and I asked what time the bar was open until and was told it was closed, they were still serving! In the morning, housekeeping entered the room at 9.00 am and we were still sleeping. I informed reception but they did not speak English, eventually someone came who spoke English and said it was my fault as I didn’t put the do not disturb sign in the door. They were not interested at all."

"I emailed the property ahead od travelling to ask if we could check into our room early as i had been travelling from 3am with an 11 year old. They never acknowledged the email and when we got there they were adamant we couldnt have our room till 3pm. We fell asleep in the bar along with other travellers who were in the same situation. Nothing at the hotel to do but SOME of the staff were lovely but it only takes 1 person to put a dampner on the stay"

"Very quiet, and private - a lot better than some of the YouTube reviews suggest! Helpful staff, especially with dietary requirements. Great attention to the Disney detailing! Will come and stay here on our next visit to Disneyland Paris. "
