"We were in town for a concert at Mohegan Sun last night, and decided to stay overnight, and it couldn't ask for a better hotel to stay at, from the ease of checking in, to the shuttle bus to the casino/arena, the comfortable bed, and the tasty breakfast. If we are ever going to a concert in the area again, we will definitely be staying at the Hyatt again. "

"We were 1st given a non-smoking room that stank of cigarettes. When we went back to front desk and complained the clerk immediately gave us another, bigger and better room. Great customer service!"

"The room was nice, the bed was very comfortable! The carpets throughout the hotel were refreshingly, very clean. The breakfast buffet was very good, and the staff was great. Our waitress, Nancy, was absolutely amazing! She took care of us and all of her guests, as if we were family! She loves her job and it shows. She’s a great representative of the company and the level of care she puts into her job is why people stay at Marriott hotels around the world! Great job Nancy!! "
