"Hotel room was very dirty and small. There were also a lot of mosquitoes and the AC unit didn't work very well, so I was bit even before we were able to settle in. Consequently, we ended up not staying at this hotel. Probably won't be booking there again nor via Travelocity again, unfortunately. There should be more accurate and updated information regarding this venue on Travelocity.com so customers can make a better informed decision on reservation, considering this was a non-refundable...

"- Friendly staff - Freedom Land, Tour & Cultural Show were thr best!!!! - Place gives us nostalgic feeling, super great concept preserving historic houses - Good beach - Check in staff did not fully explain inclusions of our package as such we missed free boat ride - Initial room - aircon not working - “highway robbery” with water - not allowing guests to refill water bottles, room only had 1 set of water bottles —> we could have heat stroke!!!! - Buffet breakfast spread wasnt good / enough "

"I wanted to like this place more than I did, especially because the staff we encountered were all friendly and the hotel was clean as expected for a place of this caliber and cost, but we had an entire evening where loud video karaoke was playing throughout for hours, from 7-8 pm until 11 pm, and it was all too easy to hear in the room the whole time. Impossible to escape from. It was frustrating that it was so incessant and carried on for so long, and it really sullied our one-night stay."

"Pleasant resort, enjoyable stay despite a few concerns. Several buildings, from older cottages to a new 3-storey building. We stayed in a Superior Studio, This is a very nicely decorated room, large, brand new and clean, good beds and bathroom, desk area, aircon, balcony etc The pool is great, could use a few inexpensive plastic loungers. "Receptionist & Staff are very nice and friendly. Hotel facilities is very good. What I dont like is the road leading to the hotel, it’s very rough, dusty and I found it very inconvenient if u have to do some errands. I recommend it but you need to deal with the road."
