"I stayed here for 4 nights. I decided to stay here because this is a newly built hotel near my Fiancé’s house. On my 1st night i have to go to the front desk and let them know that the key they provided wont open my door, they send a maintenance guy to open my door using a screw driver. "The staff is helpful and courteous. The bed's upholstery is torn and makes me itch possibly there are bed bugs. I have to request for toilet paper because there is none and no waste basket too. I used an empty paper bag for waste basket. What more can I complain about since the hotel rate is very affordable."

"I like the pool, beach, lagoon but the condominium unit was terribly dirty. The booking center gave a wrong confirmation slip about the unit so we wasted time in a wrong building. The Kitchen basin was leaking so that I could not properly cook and wash the dishes."

"The map on this website is not the location of the Hostel. Hostel is about 15km from nearest town, so even the trike drivers don't know where to go The one's who know charge between 45 to 100 paseos per ride! Shower is cold water and flows poorly. No internet, not TV, no kitchen or cooking facilities"
