"As soon as we booked the room, the hotel staff reached out to us. We appreciated how responsive they were. We stayed for two nights - August 9th and 10th. The hotel is conveniently located near the train station but it wasn’t noisy. We got connecting rooms as requested. We noticed that one room didn’t have hand soap and it was promptly fixed. We enjoyed our stay. If you travel to the hotel by car like we did, there isn’t a way to drive up to the front door and unload your luggage. You can either park on the street or in the parking lot. It is a very minor inconvenience but we thought we would mention it to raise awareness for others. "

"The room was simply tiny. The mattress was sat on pallets rather than an actual bed. The shower door was broken and hung loose in the shower. Duck tape was trying to hold it up. I had children with me so this was dangerous. There was no kitchen (which the advert said there was) and we had to was dishes in the bathroom sink. Finally, there was grease or dates smeared on the wall. The internet didn’t work, the fan was broken too. It was on a busy urban street, so if it wasn’t midnight revelers keeping you awake at all hours, it was the garbage truck collecting glass at 4 or 5 am."

"The accommodation is great, new and clean with ample parking. very close to the Walibi theme park, just a 10 minute walk. Nice breakfast and free for under 16s. pool was not heated so was not usable in May, much to my son's disappointment. "
