"Everything was great until we asked for an ice bucket to keep our water bottles cold. There are no fridge in the rooms. Although they FINALLY gave us an ice bucket, they outright refused multiple times. They told us we could have one glass of ice. "Great stay with amazing staff. Location is amazing if you dont have a car. Only negative I would say is that the bed is a little stiff for me personally and the condition of the taps in the bathroom could be improved. These things arent issues for me"

Looks nothing like the pictures.There are 2 v nice separate chalets so if you are offered one and can ignore the burned buildings it could be fine.Roads are as bad as stated -impossible without a 4x4 and adbertised rock pool is very muddy - we couldn'ts swim in...
