"After getting over the need to download an app, apply for the parking and use the phone app for entry (tricky for an old fart…), I found the room to be fine. Loved the rooftop pool and sauna. Woollies on site and enough eateries, so one there it is all pretty convenient."

"The first room we were given was dirty, and really smelly . The staff were absolutely amazing and very accommodating so was given a new room straight away. Bit out of the way no shops close by need to uber or taxi. Industrial type area. "

"We had such minimal bedding in our room, we were extremely cold. With no staff on site after 4pm it’s difficult to get help with anything. The place was conveniently located close to Brisbane entertainment centre but very noisy in the morning."

"Quiet and easy to find. Close to facilities like shops and ferry wharf. Couldnt really fault the stay, staff were lovely. If anything id suggest leaving spare towels/toilet paper/bin liners accessible in family rooms. Otherwise great stay and would happily stay again. Thank you. "
