"Our room was clean, our bed was comfortable but we were on the ground floor and it was very noisy as it’s the way in and out of the hotel. It is in a great position for walking around the old town. Breakfast was ok, eggs, toast, pancakes and fruit in the roof top restaurant with lovely view of the fort. Wi-fi wasn’t great kept dropping out. Despite the room location and bad wi-fi I would recommend this hotel "

"I stayed for two nights. Overpriced resort with unimpressive service. WIFI signal is weak. No room cleaning during the two nights. Breakfast was extremely limited and it took 10 minutes to get a cup of tea. Staff was not helpful, they seemed to be more interested to serve wedding party guests. This resort was more expensive then Indana Palace in Jodhpur, but the latter is 10 times better including much better staff and much better rooms. Stay away from this resort."

"Good hotel for the price, and—they’re not kidding—it’s an amazing view of the Fort. Helpful staff, and very conveniently located. Just a couple minutes walk to the clock tower and the main markets, even if the few roads right around it are decidedly unlovely. Only complaint: they have local musicians and dancing every night at dinnertime. Nice for 5 minutes, but if you’re like me and just want to enjoy a drink and quietly enjoy the view, it’s pretty annoying to have to attend a show each...

"This is a characterful place to stay rather than an anonymous chain hotel. We stayed in a luxury room which was large and quiet. We ate there every night as the food was good and the view amazing. There were other restaurants within a short walk but it was nice not to have to walk out again after our busy days. Things to note Doors were low to rooms and en suites, my husband kept banging his head! There are also steep stairs and no lift so if you aren’t good on your feet it could be an issue....

" Wonderful havellie. Very authentic and in the gullies. Only rickshaw can get there. The hotel staff were super friendly not pushy and very helpful. Being an old havellie a few niggling bits. "I had a terrible experience at this property. On arrival the staff did not share wifi password. They mentioned we can only connect one device which was absurd. We asked for bottle waters like 6 times and they said its paid and we agreed to pay but they never provided water throughout the stay. I requested some salt and they ignored it. The staff members were not helpful and were playing some sorta games all the time. I planned this for my parents but it was very bad experience. The area was good...
