"Hotel is tucked away in a quiet part of town, the hotel is quite basic, but has the essentials particularly the air conditioning which was absolutely fantastic and needed in Bologna!"

"A good hotel on a budget. Well served with public transport, the bus stops right outside the door. The room is comfortable, but not luxurious, and has the amenities one needs. The lighting in the room was also quite low, and the two bedside lights didn't seem to have any switches to turn them on. The breakfast was okay, not the best I've had, mostly dominated by cakes and pies, and the coffee didn't taste great, but the croissants were good."

"DO NOT BOOK this hotel if you intend to use public transport. There are vast amounts of roadworks in the area surrounding the hotel. The nearest bus stop is 20 minutes walk away (and we walk quite quickly!) The walk walk wasn't safe either, as we had to walk on the road in part. Also, on return at night we had to walk on a long path, through a dimly iit park. On check in, the receptionist flippantly advised that we should use taxis (we didnt budget for this added expense!) "The room was very clean, and had all that’s needed. The AC was very good which is so important if you are visiting in summer months. The staff is very responsive and accommodated a late check in. The beds and pillows were the best out the entire stay in Italy for this price, the bathroom is a bit small but very clean and has all that’s needed. I would stay here again! "

"Quaint boutique hotel. Rooms are on the small side, but more than worth the value. Staff is friendly. Hotel and rooms are nice and in good condition, albeit a little hot (AC was a bit weak). Minimal amenities, but location is very close to the train station and walking distance to old town. Neighbourhood is okay, not much to say about it, but it’s perfect proximity to everything. Overall happy with the stay, as long as you’re okay with a small, cozy room with average AC. "

Well positioned close to some restaurants and a 10 minute walk from the central square. I was given a brochure and map when I checked in showing everything to do. So helpful."
