"We've been only for one night here but been surprised been the friendliness right at the check in which continued thru the whole stay. "hey went above and beyond- I asked for an airport pickup but they are 4 hours from Heraklion- so they offered to pick me up from bus station at Sitia instead. Little did I know that tthey were an hour return away from the bus station- and their bus broke down.
