We had booked the room for whole night as we wanted to reach our relatives during daytime out of safety concerns. It was a confirmed reservation with credit card on file. The hotel considered us a ‘no show’ and rented the room. No rooms were available. So we were left stranded in the middle of the night. No other hotels were available in the area.
