"The staff was very helpful ,very friendly and accommodating.the hotel itself was well maintained and clean.i just Had a complaint about ac not working but the staff to care of the problem immediately the first night. Now the only thing i wasnt happy about was that the hottub was out of service and the pool itself need an upgrade.It make the pool alittle greenish yellowish..Other then that my stayed at this hotel was great..Would stay again for sure."

"The front desk check-in was very slow. When I was finally checked in, I was handed my room cards, but the woman didn't tell me what room I was in! When I asked, she said, "I wrote it on the slip" (inside the card envelope), as if it was rude of me to ask!"
