"Impressive looking hotel. Room was really clean and comfortable. The hotel didnt seem fully open and only seemed to have high end restaurants. A few more relaxed coffe shops and casual cafés or restaurants would have been nice. Pool looks impressive, but didn't have many beds. Nice staff. Disappointed with the take away breakfast. "

"This is a large and busy hotel, quite convenient to the train station, and situated on one of Colombo's lovely lakes. It felt like a Vegas property, absent the casinos. My room was okay -- reasonably comfortable and business like. The big attraction are the numerous restaurants, shops and entertainment options. Plus, a pool that is open to 9 p.m. My favorite thing was swimming in the huge, almost entirely empty pool, under the night sky, with the giant Lotus Flower Tower all lit up...

"The room was very clean and spacious. There's a bar, restaurant, and pool at the top of the building, and the sunset view from there was amazing. The staff was nice and helpful.
