"Property was great for the most part. Only thing is the reason I chose this hotel was because on booking it said there was a free airport shuttle. Upon checking in we were told we had to pay 10,000 naira for the shuttle. This was false advertising and I was not prepared to pay for the extra transport fee. We did also ask for an extra towel as there was only one for a room booked for 2 people that never came. "

"Do not book this hotel with Expedia. . . the hotel says it doesn't have a business relationship with them, they do not receive money from them and in my experience, I had to pay for a new room and settle for one that had no toilet seat and a broken shower frame, cover on the bed looked suspicious and mosquitoes bit me"

"The room is very dusty and small cockroaches running around in their Standard Rooms. I had to pay more money to change to the so called VIP Suit with no running water on my first, after waiting for several hours. There are too many activities on the property with loud noises all day and night."

"Friendly staff, comfortable room, beautiful interior. Although the generator noise was s bit inconvenient, and there were some small flies around the toilet area. I only spent 1 night, but so far, it was good."

"This property would not allow me to check-in. The person at the desk that they didn't have my reservation and that they hadn't received my payment. I paid for 2 rooms that I could not use. Please assist me with getting a refund of my money please. Yolanda Brassfield Michael "
