"I booked this hotel online from HOTELS.COM and getting there they said my booking was not received by the hotel. I have to pay another money for Executive Suite but that put me in Standard Suite. The hotel Smell and all the interior smell. the refrigerator don't work and smell too. They never refund the difference because I paid for executive suite and the put me on standard suite. The management are very doggy so do the staff. I bought EVA water from them and they gave me tap water instead. In...
