I like the hotel and room but not as much care given now. The big problems were the chickens running about waking me up at 5am 6am 7am 8am and most of the day making loud noise which is not good for a hotel. "This is not a serviced hotel. Its a flat above a chemist where all the drug addicts hang around. No security at all, no service desk/reception, no housekeeping at all, no sense of safety at all! Expedia wipe thwir hands as its a 'non-refundable' deal. How can expedia advertise without verifying the property!?"

"The hotel was beautiful, well maintained and clean. Staff were helpful especially Tai, she was professional and polite, always available to offer help. The food was nice. They offer take away breakfast also which was helpful when we had an early morning ferry to catch. The pool area is small but beautiful and the rooms were amazing and clean. I would definitely return and recommend this hotel. "
