"Great hotel located in an area with a shopping mall. Not super easy to get to local food options but a grocery store and some chains nearby. Parking was right in front of the hotel and there was a security guard. Hotel was very clean and staff friendly. Also pet friendly with a good gym!"

I treated myself to the suite, not knowing they had no elevator. I was a little disappointed that the room was so basic. However, it was nice. "This hotel is fun and funky. We like to stay here when we are passing through Villahermosa. There's a lot to look at and explore within the hotel. The staff are very friendly and professional. The restaurant food is decent enough. "
