My family and I (3 total) stayed a few days here in August and it was wonderful! there were a few things to keep in mind when booking here however. If you're looking for a touristy, night life place, this is probably not the place you're looking for. "A nice clean place, friendly staff and easy to get to from the train. Only issue was stairs, we had the top 3rd floor great for view but the lift is mainly for luggage so if stairs are a problem reconsider others-wise a very decent option and would stay again."

Clean and neat, staff is only on property up to 2:00 pm, so if you arrive later than that you must follow the instructions they will send to your Whatsapp. I did, not a big deal, everything was straightforward. "Went along for the annual Carnivale. Hotel was located right on the edge of the route so you could walk out and watch the parade. Staff were great. Able to assist with every request even my desperate need for a strong coffee the night after the festival. Only 10 minutes walk from the train station and two minutes to the beach. Continental breakfast was also delicious and a lot to choose from. "

"We stayed here for one night while we visited Cinque Terre. So convenient, less than a 2 minute walk to the train station. The small breakfast we got was very tasty and the service at checkin/checkout and breakfast was great. There are only two parking stalls at the hotel so arrive early if you have a car, otherwise you have to find a spot on the street. The only “negative” thing we experience was the bed was very very uncomfortable. "
