"The Bridgeway Guesthouse was formerly my favorite place to stay in Jinja. Now, their system of reserving rooms is terrible -- I booked via this site and the Bridgeway did not recognize Orbitz and thus I had to pay again in person; I was put in a room that was not the one I booked, and a subsequent night I stayed, I was put into a different room. The next morning, I saw someone kicked out of their room so that other customers (equally dissatisfied with their original placement) could have his....
