"Nice hotel in a handy location for rail and ferry travel. Really good selection of options for breakfast. Just find it a bit much to have to pay for a cup of coffee outside of meal times when many places in the world provide that for free. "

"The hotel is located 5 minutes drive away from the ferry terminal, which was the reason we booked it in the first place. Our stay was pleasant overall. There are no tea or coffee making facilities in the room, but you can get complimentary tea and a decent coffee at reception, but they close at 9pm. Breakfast was average, with one or two hot food options - hard boiled eggs and omelet. Given the same requirements i would stay there again."

"the property was in a great location. The owners were very friendly and fun to speak to. The restaurant was extremely clean and the food was fantastic. The owners made us fell right at home. The property was very well kept. It was a very comfortable experience and 5e owners made us feel like we were at home with family. "

"Hotel Strandgaarden ligger i cykelafstand til færgen i skønne omgivelser. Rigtig hyggeligt gammel badehotel med nyere tilbygninger med dejlige værelser. God service og lækker morgenmad. Der er ikke restaurant, men personalet tilbyder at man kan bruge spisestuen til hjemmebragt aftensmad uden at det koster ekstra. Man kan købe øl,vin, vand til sin mad. Lækkert! "

"This is a really nice country hotel, clean and comfortable and friendly. The rooms are comfortably Scandanavian, with a small sitting room separated from the bedroom by an efficiency kitchen and the bathroom. The entry door opens to an open hallway with a coat rack, and off the bedroom is a small patio with a table and chairs overlooking a back lawn including a hammock strung between two trees. "Rigtig dejligt naturskønt sted på det sydlige Læsø. Meget hyggeligt og rummeligt med 2 badeværelser og gode parkeringsmuligheder. Tæt ved saltsyderiet og Byrum. Det kunne have været rart med ladestander ved lejligheden for os elbilister. "
