A gem of a hotel
Lovely hotel conveniently located to the high street and restaurants. Nice to relax in the evening in the lounge area with a nice glass of wine. Staff and owner very friendly and helpful.

Perfect stay. I always stay there when im i fredrikhavn. Now they have opened a wine bar. I highly recommend this hotel. Staff is just great.

Utrolig hyggelig betjening, deilig, smaksrik frokost med utvalgte varer med smak. Frokosten ble presentert for oss, kaffe servert. Behagelig rolig stemning uten noen form for stress.

Cosy but potentiel to improve.
Cosy but quite worn out hotel. Beds nice except for pillows that were filled with foam and not feathers or feather like.the wall to wall carpeting needs replacement. Nicely styled corridors but fake flowers just give a non clean impression. Use real flowers. For the breakfast it had too many small cut up bits and pieces. Prefer less of a choice but fresh.

Hotel is extremely dated. Restaurant & bar was closed with no prior notice before our arrival. Hotel provided a cot but no mattress for the cot or bed linen. We chose this hotel because the bathrooms had a bath which we wanted for our son as we always bath him before bed. The water was dark yellow with black segments in it. Clearly unsafe to wash in. The bedside table was the minibar which we were told to use as they were closing the communal areas. In the end we decided we had to leave and we were then refused a refund. AVOID!

Et helt unikt, varmt og vedkommende hotel. Hotellet er ekstremt hyggeligt, og man bliver intet andet en positivt overrasket, når man træder ind på hotellet, hvor man ovenikøbet bliver mødt af utroligt sødt personale. Selve hotellet er dekoreret super hyggeligt, og værelset var helt i orden, på alle parametre.

Skønt familie hotel med dejlig atmosfære
Det var en utrolig dejlig oplevelse, skøn personale der gik op i sine gæster og gav sig tid til at snakke med dem. Morgenmaden var super lækkert , der var en hyggelig atmosfære på det lille famile eget hotel i centrum af Frederikshavn og dejlig stille , så man kunne få en god nattesøvn i en dejlig seng. Det er ikke sidste gang jeg kommer der.
