"Beautiful hotel and gardens, lots of history and interest to see inside. Staff were fantastic, room was very clean, food in Belgavia Louge and Wintergarden was excellent. Only let down was the general maintenance around the property. I do understand and appreciate its a old building but we observed water leaking from window seals, large piece of torn plaster in public lounge area and several light globes in public area still out after a couple of days. "The was bed was squeaky, otherwise the room is great. Got an extra gift pack and kids size robes and towels specifically for kids which is surprising as some 5 stars hotel don't have this arrangement. The breakfast is one of the best we had, very high quality and fresh food. "

"Older motel style property that has been renovated quite well. There are some wear and tear issues like paint patching and the air conditioner not working. Stayed in the pet friendly room with a back garden that was really GREAT! Continental breaky was very basic. Worth a note is that there is only one coffee machine that had to be constantly topped up and was so slow in the bean to cup process that there was alway a long wait to get a half decent coffee.
