The staff are ever so friendly and helpful and I really enjoyed making the most of the gym and other facilities especially as I visited in a quiet season. The only downside is that the mattress in the room felt very stiff and dated. Apart from that I’d stay there again! (Maybe in a different room though) "

On the minus side , no available water bottles from hotel and weren’t aware there was a music bar just below so a bit noisy. "We had the amazing Sunday Roast when we arrived. Excellent and plentiful and my veggie version was a great surprise. All the staff were friendly and very helpful. Central Kemptown location and the off-season rates made it excellent value for money. My solo room was bigger than expected with a very comfortable bed and nice linens.
