"New hotel, all the modern facilities you would expect from The Quality Hotel, superb breakfast options, sat TV modern and clean bathroom facilities. Staff friendly and helpful and ease of access from bus/train station as it’s literally over the road, this was reassuring when I arrived late at night. Would definitely stay again, although is expensive and there are cheaper options available in locality."

"Helpful, friendly and accommodating staff, fantastic breakfast options all very tasty and well presented inc plenty of time to relax and enjoy the food, never feeling rushed nor was it over crowded. The beds are really comfortable my room was basic but nice and fitted in with the decor and age of the hotel. Bathroom had modern facilities and very clean! No satellite TV it often lost connection, maybe due to WiFi connection so it meant limited access to English channels other than Sky news. Definitely stay again. Thank you to all. "

"Easily one of the worst hotel experiences, having used hotels in over 40 nations. Walk in, the "shower" is a slight dent in the floor with a partial divider pushing into your leg if you use the toilet. The door howls like a wounded animal when you try to open it or close it. Rotted out door hinge. The building has paint coming off it, the entryway lights are physically filthy, covered with cobwebs and a strange yellow stain. 1/4 of a roll of toilet paper in toilet and nothing else. Though a drunk in the hallway with a bottle of vodka to provide "color". A wi-fi that generates 1-2 bars on a cell phone PROVIDING you first go outside the door to catch it and don't go too far into the room to try and use it. Too weak to reliably maintain a call with Expedia to complain about the hotel. Words literally fail."
