"Bottled water should be complimentary and a bathrobe is pretty much expected. When we arrived, the resort was empty yet they wanted to charge us an early check in fee. This was not a warm welcome! Otherwise, the staff was excellent."

"Beautiful and quiet boutique hotel, ideal for families and couples. Staff is very gentle and open to serve you. 5-min away from Boquete downtown (by car). Rooms are a little bit small but enough space to have your luggage and belongings in a small closet. Breakfast included is limited with options like: eggs, toasts, panamanian sausage, hojaldra (panamanian fried bread), panamanian tortillas, white cheese, coffe/tea, hot cocoa, etc. We will definitively return to this property. "
