"Staff was very nice, but limited to desk staff. Don't expect help with luggage and property is not accessible. It is an old property with no proper heat/air conditioning control in the rooms. The beds are large enough and very comfortable. The room is clean. Hair dryer is of the old very low power variety. Water pressure/temperature was good. "Check in was a breeze. Staff are helpful and welcoming. Location is very good with a big supermarket 5 minutes away. There is also line 3 underground metro 8 minutes away which gives easy access to the whole city. The room is a bit small but very clean and comfortable. Bathroom is very clean and have all essentials. Would book again if I back in town."

"The location was in a great location to get to and from Lake Como and also Lugano (Switzerland via train and bus). It was also very easy to get to from Milano Cetrale. The Hotel itself was better than expected given the rate and the staff were super friendly and helpful. We asked for breakfast at an extra cost and again, wasn’t disappointed.
