The major downside was the 'spa' facilities and the communication from the very rude staff members. "The hotel is in a perfect location and it is worth paying a little extra for a room with a balcony overlooking the sea. Unfortunately the paintwork was in very poor state and the room needed a makeover as it looked tired.
