"Our stay was great and we didn’t have any of the problems that others wrote about. It was surprisingly quiet being so close to the airport and the staff was super helpful and friendly. The only problem we had were other guests. A team of Softball players and their drunk parents were being completely obnoxious our entire stay, including witnessing them screaming at staff. The other guests were not the hotels fault tho, and we hope the kind lady at the desk had a better day after the group...

"I truly enjoyed my stay! Used the shuttle to and from the airport. Enjoyed the dinner options within the hotel. And the softest and whitest towels I've seen in years anywhere! The bed was comfortable and the place was quiet and every staff who I dealt with understands what hospitality means. No one paid me for this review, I just wanted them and you reading to know, this was a very comfortable and relaxing place to stay."

"Our only complaint was that our shower showed signs of age and wasn’t clean. We decided not to use the shower at all. Soap scum buildup on the shower glass doors, mold and stains on the tile grout. Bathroom sink also did not drain. Prior to arrival I never noticed anything about being charged for parking. That really was a turn off. The only staff member who we had conversation with was the gentleman at the front desk when we checked in. He was pleasant. "

"Really lovely property. Well kept and felt very upscale. I on the last leg of a month long road trip mixed with camping and motels and this was by far the best place I stayed in. The next time I come back to Folsom I would definitely book a room here at the Lake Natoma Inn. Folsom was a very pleasant surprise. "
