"Our room was beautiful and clean, with great amenities. We did have a wet spot on our carpet that we were concerned might be from a leak. We contacted the front desk and they immediately sent maintenance to our room while also upgrading us to a different room immediately even though we were fine with our initial space. Staff was very pleasant and helpful, providing recommendations and directions when asked. This was our second stay and won't be our last! We appreciate the hospitality provided...

"I wasn’t able to actually view the property due to them being sold out the night I had reserved a month prior for BUT the staff were generous enough to send us to another hotel free and they covered our first night so for that reason I’m not going to give a terrible review. Though it would have been nice to get our initial hotel I’m glad for what they did, so good staff overall (with the limited interaction I had with them). "

"Everything went wrong all day on this trip - until we got to the hotel. The young man and lady were both so polite and friendly. It eased us at the end of a long day. While there were a couple of maintenance issues that could be addressed (carpet fraying at transition to hard flooring and being duct taped and rusty towel holders in shower) the overall stay was nice. Look forward to coming back."

"Toilet was running every 15 seconds. Called for maintenance at 6pm, called again at 8pm because we were ready for bed and maintenance came right away and fixed it. We had a box of chocolates tied to our door the next day with an apology, so that was nice. We stay here every year, we LOVE Jackie, she is spectacular. So service is great, I would recommend people stay here especially if you have an event at the Convention Center, but the hotel needs an update, especially the beds. "
