"The first room smelled of mold or wet carpet. When I went to the front desk to ask for another room, the two employees were in a heated debate. The second room was fine until, we had to go out. The ironing board wes broken and iron leaked water all over my clothes. There was a plate and saucer that stayed in the hallway the entire 4days. I informed housekeeping the second day and she smiled and said ok. It was still there when I checked out!! The bed was super comfortable "

"The directions led us to the emergency room- that was interesting. Once we found the hotel it was a relief and really cute older building. Front desk lady was helpful. Only 1 elevator was working but no biggie. Our room was really clean and had everything anyone would need +! Something wrong with One of the Queen beds. You couldn’t sit on it without it tilting but laying on it wasn’t a problem. The beds were comfy and the shower was super clean- good water pressure. The “full hot” breakfast left...

"I like the contemporary look of this hotel and the front desk staff went out of the way to ensure that my stay was good and it was great. Oh the beds are so soft and the pillows and that is my concern when I stayed places: I am wondering if the beds are rock hard which affects my back in the worse way.
