"We were here for the Randy Travis Tour. This was our first time staying at Doubletree. We had a river view room on the 12th floor. This was the quietest room we have ever stayed at. You get a warm cookie and a bottle of water upon check in. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Stella checked us out and she was an A+"

"I was very disappointed in this hotel stay for several reasons. 1. The bed was so high above the floor, even with my wife and I NOT being short people, we had to "climb up" into the bed everytime. 2. There were no cups for the coffee maker nor in the bathroom. 3. Neither of the 2 phones in the room worked, so I couldn't even call the front desk about getting cups brought to the room, I had to go downstairs to and get them myself. 4. The hallway going to our room smelled like old rotten...
