"Lovely receptionist who was very accommodating upon arrival. Room was well presented and clean. Large double bed was comfortable. Bar and restaurant seemed busy however we didn’t eat there. Lovely breakfast with plenty options and the staff were very attentive. Plentiful car parking nearby. Would definitely recommend as a base for exploring west cork "

"The house was nice and quiet. It was advertised with a view of the ocean, however the hedge was so tall it was not possible to see over it for the view. In addition, the house could use a few basic instructions on the switches, stove, washer/dryer, etc readily available, in addition it would be nice to have a few more hand towels and hooks so guests can hang them to dry. Overall the place was a solid performer, lots of room to spread out; not walkable to a town but a short curvy drive in."

"Even before we arrived we had had a phone call from Susan regarding arrival time, how to find property, etc. Susan went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and to ensure every single thing had been taken care of. The tea and homemade lemon drizzle, my husbands favourite, offered to us on arrival was such a lovely gesture. The house is in a beautiful setting and is spotlessly clean and so comfortable. "This house is incredible with all the modern finishes which would rival those of a hotel based self-catering option. The hosts were very accommodating and proactive with communicating picking up the key's double-checking sleep arrangements to make sure we were all covered. The location was beneficial, close to the Lusitania museum and nearby pub and beach, while only a short drive to Kinsale. Highly recommended.
