"Definitely the premier property in town. The rooms are incredibly spacious and air conditioning is excellent. The pool is large and comfortable. We didn't realize this was an all inclusive when we booked so that was an added advantage as well. The staff were incredibly helpful as I had to navigate a luggage issue. We highly recommend this as the premiere option in Leticia."

Just be prepared for the 100-parrot alarm clock every 6am as they leave the town square and settle in and around the grounds for a while. "Property was amazing, we stayed in the treehouse, which was wonderful to wake up to bird noises and monkeys and other wildlife running around. The only challenges they charge for everything and you have no choices. Costs included internet, transportation from the dock to the hotel eac way etc. staff was great all excursions were great with the exception of the night walk in the Amazon. Same walk during the day would’ve been more informative. Treehouse was amazing but be prepared for bare bones...

"Hotel is disgusting dirty. Hotel employees try charging you double for everything. I pre paid a hotel and was told I didn't pay for it and that Expedia doesn't pay them. Do not go here. Was charged double for dinner. Paid for an experience thru the hotel. Which advertises that they have an English speaker at hotel which doesn't doesn't. Paid for 2 hours to do the caiman for 2 people. Hotel employee gave us tour all in Spanish in the pitch black on the Amazon river couldn't understand what he was...

"Medellín-style contemporary design including fun sensor tracking lighting around and on the stairs. Rooms were somewhat dorm style rather than hotel: no irons or other amenities, but functional with a fun built-in designed desk. Cold water shower still something I find hard to get used to. Took me a while to figure out the remote for the air conditioning unit was weak, thought it just didn't work which made the 2nd floor room uncomfortable, but standing a few feet away to operate all was well....
