"This property is UNSUITABLE for pilgrims, despite its close proximity to the Camino del Norte. There were no washing or drying facilities for clothes beyond ones ability to improvise in the bathroom. The owner was uncontactable and did not respond to my WhatsApp message written in Spanish. They did not have a stamp for my Credencial del Peregrino to record my stay, a necessity to prove having walked the route. There were no cooking facilities beyond a microwave and the restaurant at the hotel...

"Found this hotel as a stop on the way from Spain to France .Friendly welcome, the restaurants was busy and really good value. Our waitress was a real card and humorous with it. Cannot really fault this place The is an area just up the hill - the Old Town, almost a film set from Dickens well worth a wander around here too."

"Poor communication. No advance access code. All doors are locked and you are on your own at night. I was lucky to find a guy with a local phone to call the facility emergency line. After that , a simple digital code was emailed to me. NOT a Good Place to stay!!! $$$ and zero service. "

"We were 5 and stayed in the 8 beds room. The heater was switched on and beds were made when we arrived late in the afternoon. Aitor was there to welcome us and gave us a tour of the house which was recently renovated in mid 2022. The beds were comfortable and we slept well.
